Recipe: Rice & Veggie Stir Fry!

Recently I experimented a little bit in the kitchen and cooked something absolutely delicious. A rice and vegetable stir fry. It was literally so good so that I wanted to show you how I did that. It's really easy to make and it doesn't take a lot of time. Let's get right into it!




You'll need:
1/2 cup of rice
half or a whole tomato
a pepper
a carrot (or any other vegetable you like)
a little bit of tomato paste
about 1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt, pepper
lots of different herbs








directions:
Firstly you want to cook your rice the way you always cook it. While your rice is boiling, cut up your veggies in little squares. Having done that, you'll have to get a pan and put the olive oil in it. When your oil is heated up put your rather hard veggies into the pan and let them cook a little bit. Now put in all of your rather soft veggies. I also add some water just to make it more fluid. Now add your tomato past and give your mixture a good stir. Add salt, pepper and all your different herbs.
Now its time to add the cooked rice into the veggies. Give your mixture a good stir and let it cook for a minute or so. The rice will probably absorb the water so add a little bit of water if needed. And voila! Your rice & veggie stir fry is finished.
